FireVent, LLC is a company that specializes in the fabrication of firefighter training equipment for fire service agencies across the country and internationally. We are always seeking motivated and hard working individuals to become an integral part of our team. We are currently seeking a Welder/Fabricator and a finish technician.

Requirements:

Dependable- looking for dedicated team members willing to show up on time and produce quality work. Strong knowledge of the MIG welding processes.
Knowledge of working with welding tools and equipment.
Skilled in operating power and hand tools.
Ability to understand oral and written instructions of a technical nature.
Read plans and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures.
Work must meet quality control standards.
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Able to lift in excess of fifty pounds.
Knowledge of safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.)

Experience:

Requirements: • High School diploma • Current driver’s license • Ability to
pass a drug test • Ability to read plans and follow directions • Ability to do basic math • Attention
to detail • One year of welding experience preferred • Current welding certificate
preferred but not required
